The Garden Festival returns to its new home Tisno this summer, reaching its 8th season in beautiful Croatia as the country prepares to enter the EU from July 1st. This is the start of a new adventure for both the festival and country. The Garden Festival runs from Wednesday 3rd to Wednesday 10th July 2013 at The Garden Tisno, Croatia.
After pretty rubbish weather in the UK of late, we can think of no better place than The Garden Festival to experience a unique blending of festival and holiday. The Garden Festival is Croatia’s original event, revered for its intimate family ethos and setting on the beautiful Dalmatian coastline, beyond which glitters the enticingly warm Adriatic. Twice daily boat parties on The Argonaughty, the stunning open air club Barbarellas, main stage and beach bar host 7 days and nights of amazing music.
Live acts performing this year include Metro Area, Space Dimension Controller, Crazy P, Auntie Flo, Outboxx, Paqua, Land Of Light and Face and Heel with many more to be announced. The Garden Tisno site is set in a gently hilly area which overlooks a beautiful bay below, with onsite accommodation available including luxury Shikar tents, Podpads and apartments. Tisno itself – split between the mainland and the island of Murter, joined by a 20m rising bridge which is just a ten-minute walk away, a charming picture-perfect town with a host of restaurants, cafes, apartments and hotels.Ryanair, easyJet, Wizz Air and Jet2 all fly to Croatia from a variety of UK airports to Croatian cities.
